ACSTI BengaluruApex Bank Staff Training Institute

About ACSTI

Established in 1985, we train the staff of Apex Bank, DCC Banks and PACS across Karnataka.

About ACSTI

Training is an investment, not an expenditure

ACSTI was established in 1985 by the Karnataka State Co-operative Apex Bank Ltd., Chamarajpet, Bengaluru, to provide training tailored to the needs of different categories of staff of Apex Bank, DCC Banks and Primary Agricultural Co-operative Societies.

The Chief General Manager leads the Institute, supported by two C-TFC-trained faculty members who are specialists in professional training. Experienced banking and HRD professionals also serve as guest faculty.

The 2026–27 schedule has been prepared from the suggestions of Apex Bank, NABARD, DCC Banks, faculty members and subject experts, together with participant feedback.

Personnel of the short-term co-operative credit structure must meet new challenges in order to compete with commercial banks, especially in non-farm advances, which has become imperative for survival.

I take this opportunity to thank Apex Bank, all the DCC Banks and the PACS that have been deputing their personnel to our training programmes, and I hope this momentum will continue in 2026–27.

We will send announcement letters regularly for each programme, and client institutions are requested to depute a sufficient number of their bank staff, and the CEOs, functionaries and Board members of PACS in their district, to the programmes arranged by the Institute during 2026–27, and to make full use of the training imparted.

We look forward to your positive response in nominating a sufficient number of staff from your bank, and in deputing CEOs, functionaries and Board members of PACS to the relevant programmes, which are conducted by us free of cost.

Thank you.
